Clients and prospective clients who receive quotes, invoices or receipts from me through client.kumardeepak.com.
A quote shows the scope, price and validity. Work starts only after you accept the quote.
Each invoice shows the amount and due date. You can pay by bank transfer or UPI using the details on the invoice, or online through Razorpay. Choosing to pay online adds a Razorpay fee , shown separately on the invoice and receipt.
Domains, hosting, email, paid fonts, stock media, licences, APIs and other subscriptions are not part of my fee unless the quote says so. If you ask me to buy one for you, its cost is charged to you .
I provide digital services: website design and development, software work, and support and maintenance. Nothing is shipped physically. Work is delivered online, by email, a shared link, a repository or directly on your hosting. The timeline and deliverables for each project are set in its quote, and they depend on getting content, access and approvals from you on time. Delays on your side move the timeline.
A service receipt is issued for every recorded payment.
Links I send are personal. Please do not share them. They work for a limited time; after that, a one-time code confirms it is you.
